Igniting the spark for the game to begin the journey. We focus on soft synthetic ball cricket to build confidence without the fear of injury. Through high-energy drills and game-based learning, children develop the elite hand-eye coordination and agility that makes cricket the ultimate multi-skill sport.
Mastering the Craft
As players transition to leather ball, the Intermediate Performance training introduces full protective gear and technical mastery. Coaches emphasize stroke play, bowling accuracy, and the tactical awareness needed to transition from the nets to the middle.
Pathway to Professional Cricket
Designed for dedicated athletes, the High-Performance Pathway focuses on professional-grade conditioning and advanced strategy. We utilize video analysis and high-stakes practice matches to prepare players for regional selections and the USA National Pathway.

Amit Anil Agwekar is an ICC Level-1 Certified Coach and an ACE/ASCM Approved Strength & Conditioning Specialist with a distinguished career spanning international playing fields and elite coaching academies. As a former representative of Mumbai Cricket and the US Masters West Zone, Amit brings a global perspective to player development.

Academy Oversight: Proven track record in managing large-scale coaching operations at SCYCA and Millennium Sports Club, focusing on technical mastery, match awareness, and team-building.
Program Direction: Expert in designing and implementing structured, age-specific training curricula, notably serving as Lead Coach for high-impact initiatives like the 2017–2018 Non-Profit Summer Camp series.
