Volunteer-Led: Our board members volunteer to umpire, set up equipment, and assist during practice, so the maximum amount of funding goes directly to player training, facility improvements, and equipment.

Safety First: Every board and committee member undergoes an annual background check and is strongly encouraged to obtain SafeSport certification.
